Tall grasses silhouetted against a glowing sunset, bending in the wind.

The wind’s howl is never stopped.
It bends around what stands before it,
undeterred by height or breadth,
nothing enough to still her persistent push.

Yet, in the way,
things stand.

Some of significant consequence.
Others, middling,
and quickly bent.

For those who stand before her—
the tower, the man,
or a blade of grass—

know when to find a new path.

A little music for the moment.
